Junior News
It was a challenging but successful Saturday for the Badminton Competiton players in Teulada. We had a small team since we lacked players who were ill or could not attend for family reasons.
Participants were from all over Alicante Province. Communities included Alicante, Benixema, Campello, Teulada, and Altet. The age group was Sub 13, which includes children up to 13 years of age. Matches were doubles and mixed doubles. Level of play included inexperienced as well as experienced players.

Participation in these competitions gives young players, especially beginners, an opportunity to see for themselves what badminton is all about. Most children enjoy these encounters after the effort and time they have spent to prepare for these competitions. An added value is the social aspect where they meet new players who become new friends.

5 of March Singles Aspe
12 of March Doubles El Altet
Provincial Championship Sub 13 and Sub 15 is on the 21st of May in Javea
